There's a lot of AI out there. I help you find what's worth using

New AI tools launch every week. Some of them can seriously help your business. I figure out which ones will, set them up, and make sure they actually work.

Here's how I work with you

Every business is different. I start by understanding yours, then figure out where AI fits in and get everything set up.

01

Understand your workflows

I look at how your team works day to day. Where things slow down, where people do the same thing over and over. That's where AI fits.

02

Pick the right tools

I test and compare tools so I can recommend what fits, not just what's popular.

03

Set everything up

I don't hand you a recommendation and walk away. I install the tools, connect them to your existing systems, and test everything before you touch it.

04

Train your team

Your team gets trained on everything I set up. They'll know how to use it, not just watch me do it.

Here's what it looks like in practice

Business Dashboards

I build dashboards that model your business so you can adjust the numbers and see what happens

Automated Workflows

I configure tasks that run automatically on a schedule, so the reports are ready before you get to your desk

Custom AI Solutions

If your problem is complex enough, I can build custom AI systems that break it into pieces and work on all of them at once

Teaching click to watch

Built a web portal for a teacher to adjust the reading level of handouts for students with special learning requirements. Modifies the PDFs in place.

Accounting

Built recurring scheduled tasks that process monthly financial documents and message the finished docs to employees.

Wedding Planning click to watch

Built an iOS chat assistant app that tracks vendors, church venue communication, and upcoming appointments, integrated with Google Calendar.

Ryan Timmons

Hi, I'm Ryan.

I've built software at Walmart, Vizio, and Southwest Airlines, shipped a dozen-plus apps through my mobile consultancy work, and I'm certified by Anthropic in building with their AI platform. I grew up in the Fort Worth area, went to UT Austin, and I've been writing code my whole career, from web apps and native iOS apps to AI systems that run on their own.

These days I build with AI every day. Multi-agent systems, custom integrations, agentic workflows. I know what this stuff can do because I ship with it every day.

I started Acutis Ignatius because big consulting firms aren't realistic for most small and medium businesses. They charge six figures and hand you a PDF. I work with businesses in the DFW area and remotely, spend time with the business before I recommend or build anything, and when I'm done, I hand you the keys.

Not your typical AI consultant

I build this stuff

I've built systems that run 10 agents in parallel, scrape the web, and compile reports while you sleep. When something doesn't work out of the box, I write the code to make it work.

You own everything I build

I build systems that you run without me. No lock-in, no dependency. When I'm done, it's yours.

I can go deeper than prompts

Most AI consultants stop at prompt engineering. I can also build custom integrations, wire things into what you already use, and write code that automates entire pipelines.

I work on your schedule

Evenings, weekends, lunch hours. I meet people when it works for them, not 9-to-5 only. Most of my clients are busy running their business during the day.

I also build websites.

Need a website that gets people in the door? I build custom sites around your brand, make sure they work on phones, and hand them over. You own it, no strings attached. Let's talk about it.

Tell me about your business.

Whether you need help with AI or a new website, it starts with a conversation. Tell me what's going on.
